Not only were the beds incredibly comfortable and the rooms warm and inviting, but the level of service we received was truly exceptional. When I realized I had left my sim cards in the room after checking out, the staff promptly returned them to me without any hassle. the sitting area was perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea, and having a washing machine available made our stay even more convenient. the central location allowed us easy access to a variety of fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We were particularly impressed by the proximity to Cafe Mambo, the Black Tavern, and ASK Italian. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay and cannot wait to return to this charming hotel in the future.
